We strive to offer exceptional service to our customers. We understand there will be times when our service does not meet the expectations of the customer. We have established the following guidelines to help resolve the issue. These guidelines do not supersede state laws of the respective states we conduct business in.
Maintenance: If maintenance service is not performed satisfactory to the customers’ expectations we will revisit free of charge and address any given issue. The request must be within the scope of work and the manager will be the ultimate person to determine if work was performed to Lawn Patrol LLC’s standard.
Landscaping: All work will be performed according to the scope of work that both Lawn Patrol LLC and the buyer agree upon. Lawn Patrol reserves the right to substitute material if needed as long as it meets or exceeds the quality of material agreed to in the scope of work. Any adjustments to the work performed will be requested through a work order request. The manager will be the ultimate person to determine if work was performed to Lawn Patrol LLC’s standard.
Irrigation: Irrigation work is performed beneath the ground and issues may arise that require more work than originally stated or agreed to. All work performed will be determined according to site conditions and quality of water pressure available. Lawn Patrol will use when available local supplies to install or repair irrigation lines. The manager will be the ultimate person to determine if work was performed to Lawn Patrol LLC’s standard.
All warranties expressed or implied are rendered null and void if payment for services performed are not paid in full.
